摘　　要：目的:观察鸦胆子油乳剂治疗外耳道乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法:将门诊收治的48例(48耳)外耳道乳头状瘤患者,随机分为对照组23例和观察组25例,2组患者常规手术切除肿瘤,观察组术后采用鸦胆子油乳剂涂抹外耳道创面;对照组采用金霉素眼膏涂抹。术后治疗随访6个月,观察2组患者术后在乳头状瘤复发、创面愈合方面及外耳道狭窄发生的情况。结果:观察组的乳头状瘤复发率较对照组低;观察组创面愈合时间较对照组稍延迟,外耳道狭窄发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳剂涂抹能明显降低外耳道乳头状瘤复发率及外耳道狭窄发生率。Objective： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Brucea javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of external auditory canal papilloma. Methods： 48 cases （ 48 ears ） of external auditory canal papilloma were randomly divided into control group （ 23 cases ） and observation group （ 25 cases ）. The two groups of patients underwent routine surgical excision of the tumor. The observation group was treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion and the control group was treated with aureomycin eye ointment. The patients were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence of papil-loma, wound healing and stricture of external auditory canal were observed in both groups. Results：The recurrence rate of papilloma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the wound healing time in the observa- tion group was slightly delayed and the incidence of external auditory canal stenosis was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Brucea javanica oil emulsion can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of external auditory canal papilloma and the incidence of external auditory canal stenosis.
