摘　　要：慢传输型便秘(slowtransitconstipation,STC)又称作结肠无力,对于该病现代医学大多采取药物治疗,该法易产生药物副作用及依赖性。传统医学治疗此病却有独特优势。由于该病病因病机相对复杂且顽固难愈,很多学者在临床中进行了大量的探索及研究。现笔者将近些年以中医手段治疗慢传输型便秘的进展总结如下。Slow transit constipation （slow transit constipation,STC）, also known as colonic weakness, is mostly used for modern medicine in this disease. It is easy to produce side effects and dependence. Traditional medicine has a unique advantage in treating this disease. Because the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is relatively complicat- ed and stubborn, many scholars have carried out a lot of exploration and research in the clinic. The authors have sum- marized the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of slow transit constipation in recent years as follows.
