摘　　要：中国特色社会主义,作为科学社会主义中国化的新形态,是马克思主义普遍真理同中国新时期改革开放、现代化建设实践相结合的伟大成就和社会样态。坚持科学社会主义基本原则与中国具体实际和时代特征的统一,自觉地把准中国改革和发展的社会主义方向,这是我国改革开放40年取得辉煌成就的力量源泉和根本经验。本文以对科学社会主义实质和要义的理解为基础,阐明中国特色社会主义与科学社会主义一脉相承的根本一致性;进而,在回答中国特色社会主义,作为科学社会主义的新形态"新"在何处时,阐述了中国特色社会主义是中国化的科学社会主义、是"初级阶段的社会主义"、是处于人类历史前沿和具有活力的社会主义。As the new form of the sinicization of scientific socialism,socialism with Chinese characteristics is the great achievement and social modality of combining the universal truth of Marxism with the practice of reform and opening-up and the modernization construction in China in the new era. Adhering to the unification of the fundamental principles of scientific socialism and China's specific conditions and time features,and consciously maintaining the socialist direction of China's reform and development are the strength source and fundamental experience of the brilliant achievement in the forty years of reform and opening-up in China. Based on the understanding of the essence and main idea of scientific socialism,this paper first elaborates on the consistency of socialism with Chinese characteristics and scientific socialism at the root level. And then,in the answering of what the new point is of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the new form of scientific socialism,this paper explains that socialism with Chinese characteristics is the sinicized scientific socialism,is the socialism at its primary stage,and is the socialism with vitality in the frontier of human history.
