语言规划视域下的大学外语教学改革

摘　　要：改革开放40年来,大学外语教学改革一直是中国语言教育规划的重要领域之一。但是相对于大学外语微观教学研究的庞大体量来看,从语言规划角度探讨大学外语教学改革方略的研究并不多见。当前大学外语教学改革中存在的不少问题涉及其价值定位与政策规划,亟需开展大学外语教学规划的研究。本文从语言规划与政策角度重新审视大学外语教学规划的价值定位,提出大学外语教学规划的新思路,希冀以此推动新时代大学外语教学改革的不断深化。With forty years of Reform and 0pening-up, the reform of College foreign language teaching（CFLT） has always been an important part in language education planning of China. However, in spite of a large number of studies on CFLT, there is still little literature from the perspective of language planning, which might reveal the deep-rooted issues concerning value orientation and policy planning of CFLT. This paper, from the perspective of language policy and planning, sheds light on CFLT by repositioning its value orientations and proposes new directions of language planning for CFLT in the hope of promoting college foreign language teaching reform in the New Era.
