摘  要:[目的/意义]解析社会化问答社区用户知识需求层级、特征及其动态演化过程,为面向用户知识需求开展用户行为、知识组织及服务等方面研究提供理论基础。[方法/过程]首先解析了用户知识需求的形成原因、层次和特征,然后分析了用户知识需求动态演化的原因和方向,最后运用集合论思想解析互动交流、浏览查询和服务推荐情境下用户知识需求动态演化过程。[结果/结论]用户知识需求可以划分为客观状态知识需求、意识层次知识需求、表达出来的知识需求、折中知识需求、个性化知识需求5个层级,具有多样性和综合化、随机性和情景化、集成性和精准化、连续性和动态化等特点。社会化问答社区的社交和互动交流功能、用户认知水平和能力提升、任务进展等因素驱动用户知识需求朝向精确清晰化、高层次化、集聚化方向演化。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper analyzes and excavates the requirements, characteristics, and dynamic evolu- tion process of users' knowledge demand in social question and answer community, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the re- search on users' behavior, knowledge organization, knowledge service and so on. [ Method/process ] Firstly, the formation rea- sons, levels and characteristics of users' knowledge demand are analyzed. Secondly, the reasons and directions of dynamic evolu- tion of users' knowledge demand are analyzed. Finally, the paper uses the set theory to analyze the dynamic evolution process of users' knowledge demand under the situations of interactive communication, knowledge browsing, and recommendation service. [Result/conclusion~ Users' knowledge demand can be divided into 5 levels: the objective state knowledge demand, the con- sciousness hierarchy knowledge demand, the expressed knowledge demand, the compromise knowledge demand, and the individu- alized knowledge demand, which have the characteristics of diversity and synthesis, randomness and scenario, integration and pre- cision, as well as dynamic continuity. Social intercommunication and interactive communication function, user cognition level and ability promotion, task progress and other factors drive users'knowledge demand towards the directions of precise clarity, high level and agglomeration.
