摘  要:[目的/意义] h指数没有考虑作者贡献大小,其依赖于具有时间累积效应的被引频次进行评价,针对上述缺点,文章提出一种新的评价指标对学者影响力进行评估。[方法/过程]首先考虑作者合作的影响,计算出作者的贡献大小,其次利用期刊影响因子代替被引频次构建出一种新的指数zpc指数,最后,选取兰州大学化学化工学院SCI引用TOP100中科研生涯较短的30位研究人员为评价对象,对zpc指数的稳定性、区分性和相关性进行实证分析。[结果/结论] zpc指数考虑了作者贡献大小,其不再依赖于被引频次对学者进行评价,更有利于科研生涯较短的优秀学者影响力评估; zpc指数对h指数相同的学者评价区分度达到100%,其名次变化明显,对学者影响力评价更加全面而精细。[Purpose/significance] H-index does not consider the author's contribution, and it depends on the citations with time cumulative effects to evaluate researchers. In view of the above shortcomings, this paper proposes a new evaluation index to e- valuate the influence of researchers. [ Method/process] First, the paper calculates each author's contribution by taking the influ- ence of the author collaboration into consideration. Secondly, Zpc-index is constructed by using journal' s impact factors instead of citations. Finally, the paper analyzes the stability, differentiation and correlation of zpo-index based on 30 researchers from the col- lege of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University with short scientific careers in SCI Top 100. [ Result/conclu- sion ] Zpo-index takes the contribution of the author into account, and it no longer depends on the citations to evaluate the research- ers, which is more conducive to evaluate the researchers with short scientific careers. Zpc-index has a significant differentiation for researchers with the same h-index, and it has significant changes in the rankings. By using zpo-index, the evaluation of research- ers' influence is more comprehensive and refined.
