摘　　要：小塘西货场是中国铁路广州局集团有限公司重点关注的卸车困难站之一,为提高小塘西货场运输能力,解决货场卸车困难问题,在阐述小塘西站及小塘西货场基本运输组织情况的基础上,针对小塘西货场目前存在车站取送能力低及装卸能力低的问题,提出提高取送作业效率、整合装卸资源、打造专业化货场等提升货场运输能力的对策,对逐步改善小塘西货场取送及装卸条件,不断提高小塘西货场运输能力具有重要意义。To solve Xiaotang West Freight Yard＇s problems caused by its low efficiency in picking up, delivering, loading and unloading operation, which is one of the goods yards with most difficulties at China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., by improving its transport capacity, one of the goods yards with most difficulties at China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd., this paper has put forward several strategies based on an overview of the Xiaotang West Station and Xiaotang West Freight Yard, namely improving its picking up and delivering operation efficiency, integrating its resources of loading and unloading operation and promoting its professionalization, which is expected to be of great significance to upgrade the working conditions at Xiaotang West Freight Yard.
