摘　　要：介绍了精密注射模设计中热膨胀计算公式,并通过实验测试进行了论证。同时详细论述了热膨胀对精密注射模的影响,并结合实际生产案例证明了热膨胀计算公式和精密注射模中热膨胀问题解决方法。This paper introduces the thermal expansion calculation in the design of precisioninjection mold, and it is proved by experimental testing. At the same time, discussed theinfluence of thermal expansion on precision injection mold, and combined with the cases ofproduction proves that the thermal expansion calculation and thermal expansion problem solvingmethod in precision injection molds are correct.
