摘　　要：介绍了绝缘盒压模的设计及工作过程,通过结构上的优化及后期的试模改进,解决了模具研伤、无法脱模、脱模将"眼镜"结构的绝缘盒拉坏、绝缘盒壁厚不均超差等问题,并大大降低了废品率,显著提高了生产效率。This article briefly introduces the design and working principle of the insulation boxcompression mold. Through the optimization of the structure and the improvement of the trialmold in the later period, it solves the problems of the mold grinding, the failure to strip the mold,the pulling of the glasses, Insulation box thickness unevenness and other issues,and greatlyreduce the scrap rate, significantly increased production efficiency.
