摘　　要：以无线上网终端设备设计为例,使用多种用户调研方法搜集充分的用户需求数据,通过提取用户核心需求,提出设计因子概念,对用户需求进行定量化研究;将用户需求分析Ra引入FBS模型中,建立了以用户需求为中心的设计过程模型,确定了用户需求与设计的关系,将设计研发过程中用户需求转化为设计要求;最后给出了使用该方法得到的设计方案。The user requirements were collected using multi-user survey methods taking the design of wireless internet terminal equipment as an example. The quantitative study of user requirement was performed through the extraction of user requirement data and the concept of design issue. The user requirement analysis was introduced to FBS model to establish the user-centered design process model. The relationships between user requirement and design was established. The user requirement in the design and development process was transformed into design requirement. Finally the design scheme using this method is demonstrated.
