摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了K-MCM-41介孔催化剂,并用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、及TEM等技术手段对催化剂进行了表征。实验发现:K在催化剂中高度分散且催化剂能够保持规整的六方介孔结构,但随着K负载量的升高催化剂比表面积及孔容下降、孔径变小;催化剂上强碱中心随着K含量的升高不断升高,K的掺杂量为6%时催化剂上强碱中心饱和;脱除异戊二烯中环戊二烯的实验结果表明,适宜的K负载量为6%、吸附温度为20℃,催化剂具有良好的再生性能。A series of K-MCM-41 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by XRD,N_2 adsorption-desorption and TEM.The characterization results showed that the catalysts could still maintain hexagonal mesoporous structure after the introduction of K while the specific surface area,pore volume and pore diameter decreased with the K content.The amount of strong base sites increased with the K content and became saturated over 6 K-MCM-41 sample.The experiments results showed that the cyclopentadiene removal rate and overall cyclopentadiene removal ratio could be promoted by increasing the K content,the best adsorption performance for removing cyclopentadiene in isoprene at 20℃ and supported K 6%.The catalytic performance remained stable and could be thoroughly recovered after regeneration.
