摘　　要：本文检索Web of Science、PubMed、CNKI、维普、万方数据库,阅读文献内容,寻找现有的适用于老年癌症患者的疼痛评估工具。现有老年癌症患者疼痛评估量表分为自我描述性评估量表5种,对于没有认知障碍或轻、中度认知障碍的老年人优选VDS评估;客观疼痛观察量表6种,其中有4种被推荐优先使用,但应用尚不广泛。老年疼痛患者的客观评估尚未得到重视,国外量表在国内应用不广泛,应加强重视评估老年人癌症患者的疼痛状况。This article searches the databases of Web of Science, PubMed, CNKI, Viper,Wanfang debases, literature is looked up, to look for the existing pain assessment tools for elderly cancer patients. The existing pain assessment scales for elderly cancer patients are divided into 5 self-descriptive assessment scales. VDS assessment is preferred for the elderly with severe cognitive impairment or mild or moderate cognitive impairment. There are 6 objective pain observation scales, and four scales of which are recommended to be used first, but not widely. Objective evaluation of elderly patients with pain has not been paid much attention. Foreign scales are not widely used in China. Attention should be paid to the pain evaluation of elderly cancer patients.
