四泼涂剂对肿瘤患者PICC置管后皮肤过敏的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨四泼涂剂对肿瘤患者行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)置管后皮肤中、重度过敏的治疗效果。方法选择2016年4月～2017年5月武汉大学人民医院肿瘤科住院治疗行PICC置管后发生中、重度皮肤过敏的患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。实验组采用四泼涂剂治疗,对照组采用艾洛松乳膏治疗,观察并记录用药后患者皮肤过敏的好转情况及相关并发症的发生率。结果用药后第5、10天实验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01);实验组皮肤过敏治愈的时间明显短于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P <0.01);实验组脱管、感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论四泼涂剂用于PICC置管后皮肤过敏的疗效显著,可减少感染等相关并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Sipo Pigmentum treatment for skin allergy after peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） catheterization in cancer patients. Methods From April 2016 to May 2017, 60 cancer patients with skin allergy after PICC catheterization treated in Department of Oncology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were selected, they were divided into experiment group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The experiment group was given Sipo Pigmentum, and the control group was given Eloson Cream. The improvement of allergic skin and the incidence of related complications after medication were observed and recorded. Results After medication for 5, 10 days, the curative effect of the experiment group was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）; the skin allergy cure time of the experiment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The incidence of detubation, infection of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sipo Pigmentum has an outstanding efficacy for skin allergy after PICC catheterization, which decreases the incidence of infection and other ralated complications.
