摘 要:铝的再利用产业是实现中国资源化利用与可持续发展的重要一环,再利用过程中会产生大量的二次铝灰,若处置不当会引起严重的环境问题。为明确其危险特性,对利用含氟盐熔剂产生的二次铝灰做了分析。结果表明,样品具有反应性和浸出毒性。样品与水反应可释放出氨气,氨气比释放率为10~20 mg/kg;样品氟化物的浸出质量浓度为181~1 910 mg/L,超过标准限值。此外,对二次铝灰的管理和处置工作提出了一些建议。Aluminum reutilization industry is an important part of the resource recycling and sustainable development of China. Numerous quadratic aluminum dusts generated in the reuse process would cause serious environmental problems if they were not handled properly.The hazardous characteristics of the quadratic aluminum dust with fluoride flux were analyzed.Results showed that the samples had reactive characteristics and extraction toxicity characteristics.The samples were able to react with water to release ammonia and the ammonia release rate was at 10-20 mg/kg.The extraction mass concentration of the samples were at 181-1 910 mg/L,exceeding the limit value.Besides ,some suggestions were put forward for the management and treatment of quadratic aluminum dusts.
