摘 要:为充分回收湿法磷酸加工过程中的氟资源,采用其副产物氟硅酸和氢氧化钾直接制备高品质氟化钾。通过单因素实验考察了反应温度、氟硅酸滴加速度、氢氧化钾相对加入量对产品收率的影响。通过氢氧化钡除杂、氟硅酸反调粗氟化钾pH方法净化除杂。结果表明:在最优化反应条件下和净化除杂后,该法制得的氟化钾收率达到92%以上,纯度达到99%左右,其余各项指标均达到工业品的要求。In order to fully recycle the fluorine resources in the processing of wet process phosphoric acid, high quality potassium fluoride was prepared by using its by-products hydrofluosilicic acid and potassium hydroxide as raw materials.The effects of temperature ,dropping speed of hydrofluosilicic acid and therelatively adding amount of potassium hydroxide on the yield of the product were investigated by single factor experiment.The products were purified by barium hydroxide and by the method of hydrofluosilicic acid adjusting to the pH of crude potassium fluoride.The results showed thatunder the optimum reaction and purification conditions ,the yield of purified potassium fluoride reached above 92% ,the purity reached about 99% ,and the rest of all indicators met the requirements of industrial products.
