摘　　要：土地质量事关食品安全、生态安全、民生安危,保护和改善土地质量既是生态文明建设的要求,也是提高土地利用和保护水平的内在需要。当前及今后一段时期,应该在促进经济高质量发展的过程中,更加注重土地利用过程中的质量保护,促进土地数量、质量、生态保护"三位一体",实现土地开发利用与生态文明的交融与协调。通过分析区域发展中引发的土地质量问题,以及发达国家土地质量变化的趋势和启示,结合长三角地区的实际情况,提出区域"一体化"发展过程中土地质量保护的思路和措施。Land quality is a matter of food safety, ecological security and people＇s livelihood. Protecting land quality is not only necessary for the development of an ecological civilization, but also for the improvement of land use and protection. At present and for some time to come, the Yangtze River Delta region should, in the course of high-quality economic development, actively draw on the developmental history of developed countries and trends in land quality change, and pay more attention to the comprehensive management of land pollution, destruction, and inefcient useto achieve the integration and coordination of land exploitation and ecological civilization. This study analyzedland quality problems caused by regional development, and the trend and enlightenment of land quality changes in developed countries, at last putting forward ideas and measures of land quality protection during the process of regional integrated development.
