摘  要:以电铸Ni-Co合金为例,通过分析可溶性Ni-Co联合阳极的面积比与合金电铸层各组分含量的对应关系,并结合极化曲线测量,探讨了联合阳极的面积效应问题。结果表明:各单阳极施加相同电流时,Ni-Co合金电铸层各组分的含量比随两阳极面积比的变化而变化,但不呈比例关系;单阳极面积比不变时,合金电铸层的组分比几乎不随各阳极所加电流大小的改变而改变; Ni-Co阳极面积比为1∶1或3∶1时,对应的Ni-Co合金电铸层的组分均维持在很窄的变化范围内,Co的质量分数分别为27. 1%~28. 2%和22. 3%~24. 5%; Ni-Co合金层的显微硬度受阳极面积比的影响较大,合金电铸层中Co的质量分数越大,硬度越高。采用可溶性单金属联合阳极进行电铸时,合金电铸层组分含量比除决定于各阳极的面积比外,还与各阳极相对于阴极的面积比有关,而与各阳极上施加的电流关系不大。Taking the electroforming of Ni-Co alloy as an example, the area effects were studied by analyzing the correlations between the area ratio of Ni-Co combined anodes and the compositions of the alloy deposits as well as by measuring of the polarization curves when the Ni-Co combined anodes were used. Experimental re- sults showed that,when the same current was applied to each single anode,the composition of the Ni-Co alloy deposits varied dramatically with the ratio of the anode areas in a nonproportional manner;with the same anode area ratio,the composition of the electroformed alloy deposits hardly changed with the applied current of each anode ;when the Ni-Co anode area ratio was 1 : 1 or 3 : 1 , the composition of the corresponding Ni-Co deposits was maintained within a narrow range, the content of Co being 27. 1%-28.2% and 22.3 %-24.5 % , respec- tively;the microhardness of the Ni-Co alloys was greatly attected by the ratio of anode area, and increased with the increase of Co content. In the case of electroforming using single-metal soluble combined anodes, the com- position of the alloy deposits was mainly determined by the area ratio of the anodes, and by the area ratio of the anode to the cathode, but not by the current applied to each anode.
