摘  要:钢丝绳在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,根据其使用条件,目前已经形成了多种端部固定形式。采用锌或树脂浇铸的索节固定法具有良好的固定性能,且操作简便,因此,在工业生产中得到了越来越多的应用。受制于钢丝和凝固锌体在索节内部的复合材料结构特征,对于钢丝绳索节的力学特性目前研究不多。本文基于有限单元法和独特的区域叠合技术,对锌浇铸钢丝绳索节的力学特性进行分析。结果表明,索节固定具有良好的钢丝绳固定能力,在索节内部,散开的钢丝受力集中在索节的前半段。因此,在实际应用中,在索节前半段的钢丝和锌体缺陷需要特别加以重视,力求保证该部分钢丝与锌体的良好结合。Wire ropes are widely used in many industries. Depended on its using conditions, there are many forming terminations. Among these terminations, wire rope fixed in socket with zinc has been used popularly for its excellent fixation ability and easy operating. However, the mechanical property of wires in socket has not been well studied, because it is very difficuh to handle the composite structure for wires and zinc in sock- et. In this article, the strand wires in the zinc socket termination was studied with finite element method. The domain superposition technology (DST) was introduced to deal with the composite structure of wires and zinc in the socket. The results had shown the effective of the strand socket termination. In addition, strand wires were effective only in the front half of the socket basket length. It could be deduced that manufacturing detects in the back half of the socket would not reduce the strength of the termination, while detects in the front half were much more significant.
