摘 要:研究了退役动力单体锂电池(简称"退役电池")可用性评价方法,其包括:建立判断退役电池可用性的核心参量;确立退役电池可用性核心参量判据;建立退役电池可用性核心参量判据赋值权重,并根据电池配组方式及电池组规格选择合适的梯次利用目标应用场合。依据上述评价方法,建立了可用性评价标准。与现有技术相比,所提方法测量参数较少,方法简便高效,评价结果科学可靠,实现对可利用退役电池的快速高效分选。The re-usability evaluation methods of retired lithium-ion power batteries (LIPBs) were studied, including the steps as follows: (1) establishing the core parameters of re-usability judgment methods for retired LIPBs; (2) establishing the criterions of core parameters for re-usability judgment methods; (3) establishing the assignment weights of criterions for core parameters in re-usability judgment methods, and according to the battery packing rules and the packs' specifications, it was important to choose the appropriate re-use applications for the retired LIPBs. On the basis of the above evaluation methods, the re-usability evaluation standards of retired LIPBs were established. Compared with the previous reported methods, the method provided is simple and efficient, and can give a scientific and reliable evaluation results. And with which, the re-usable retired LIPBs were separated from spent batteries in a fast and efficient way.
