摘  要:文章通过对液压机械双流传动变速器(hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission,HMCVT)液压系统、机械系统与整车动力性的理论计算,得出输出轴角加速度计算公式,提出通过调节液压系统压力来优化换挡平顺性的方法。采用AMESim软件对未优化模型和优化模型进行仿真分析,结果表明具有压力调节系统的液压压力变化平稳,输出轴角加速度显著减小,换挡平顺性好。该文还得出了HMCVT换挡过程中关键参数的变化过程。Abstract:The hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT) output shaft angular acceleration is calculated based on the hydraulic system, mechanical system and vehicle dynamic analysis theory of HMCVT, the output shaft angular acceleration formula is acquired, and the method for optimizing the ride comfort by adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system is put forward. The AMESim software is used to simulate and analyze the optimization model and the model without optimization, respectively. It is concluded that the hydraulic pressure with the pressure regulating system is stable, the angular acceleration of the output shaft is significantly reduced, and the ride comfort is good. The change process of the key parameters in the HMCVT shift process is also obtained.
