摘  要:【目的】探讨按仲景原方原量为依托组成的药鼎方大黄—枳实—厚朴不同配伍剂量对阳明病发热大鼠的影响。【方法】将成年雄性Wistar大鼠50只随机分为5组,即模型组、空白组、药鼎方A(厚朴三物汤)组、药鼎方B(厚朴大黄汤)组、药鼎方C(小承气汤)组,每组10只。分别于造模前、后及治疗后各测量肛温1次;采用蓝色葡聚糖2000灌胃法观察小肠推进率;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清中精氨酸加压素(AVP)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、神经降压素(NT)水平。【结果】与空白组比较,模型组大鼠肛温升高,血清中AVP与NT含量、IFN-γ/IL-4值及小肠推进率降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,药鼎方各组大鼠肛温下降,AVP与NT含量、IFN-γ/IL-4值、小肠推进率升高,除小肠推进率,以药鼎方C组变化最明显(P<0.05)。【结论】小承气汤中大黄—枳实—厚朴的配伍比例对阳明病发热大鼠的退热效果最佳。Objective To explore the antipyretic effect of the classic triple-herb recipe of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis recorded in ZHANG Zhong-Jing’s Treatise on Cold Damage at different compatibility dosage on fever in rats with Yangming disease and its mechanism. Methods Fiftyadult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely model group, blank group, triple-herbrecipe A(Houpo Sanwu Decoction)group,triple-herb recipe B(Houpo Dahuang Decoction)group,triple-herbrecipe C(Xiaochengqi Decoction)group,10 rats in each group. The rectal temperature was measured once beforeand after modeling,and after treatment. The small intestine propelling rate was observed by blue Sephadex-2000 gavage method. The contents of arginine vasopressin(AVP),interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL)-4,and neurotensin(NT)in the serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Compared with the blank group,rectal temperature was increased,the contents of AVP and NT,the ratio of IFN-gamma to IL-4, and the small intestine propelling rate were decreased in the model group(P〈0.05). Aftertreatment,rectal temperature was decreased,the contents of AVP and NT,the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-4,and thesmall intestine propelling rate were enhanced in the various triple-herb recipe groups,in particular in triple-herbrecipe C except for the small intestine propelling rate(P〈0.05). Conclusion The compatibility proportion ofRadix et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis in Xiaochengqi Recipe has the strongest antipyretic effect on the fever rats with Yangming disease.
