邝卫红运用柴芍六君子汤治疗慢性脾胃病经验

摘　　要：胃痞、泄泻、便秘、慢性肝炎是脾胃病的常见病种,病情反复发作、迁延难愈。邝卫红教授认为脾胃气虚是慢性脾胃病的病机关键,肝气郁结是重要诱因,中医辨治应以益气健脾、疏肝理气为治疗大法,常选用柴芍六君子汤(由柴胡、白芍、人参、白术、茯苓、钩藤、陈皮、法半夏、生姜、大枣、炙甘草组成)加减进行治疗。Stomach-fullness syndrome,diarrhea,constipation,and chronic hepatitis are the commonly-seen chronic spleen and stomach diseases,which are recurrent,refractory and protracted illness. Professor KUANGWei-Hong believes that spleen-Qi deficiency is the key pathogenesis of chronic spleen and stomach diseases,while stagnation of liver Qi is the important cause. The therapeutic principles for chronic spleen and stomachdiseases are replenishing Qi and invigorating the spleen,and dispersing the liver and regulating Qi. Chai Shao Liujunzi Decoction（composed of Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Ginseng,Rhizoma AtractylodisMacrocephalae,Poria,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Fructus Jujubae and Preparata Radix Glycyrrhizae） was chosen as the prescription,and modified application should follow the alternation of clinical syndromes.
