中医外治法促进术后胃肠功能恢复的研究进展

摘　　要：快速康复理念日益为术科所重视,胃肠功能恢复是术后快速康复的关键环节。中医外治法具有简便验廉的特点,在促进术后胃肠功能恢复方面具有其优势与特色。目前主要应用的中医外治法包括针灸、穴位敷贴、穴位按摩、中药灌肠等。中医外治法可使患者在术后进食半流食物时间提前,有助于患者术后康复,可缩短住院时间,减少医疗支出,具有较好的疗效和安全性。Fast-track surgery has gradually been widely applied in surgery clinic, and the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function is the key goal of fast-track surgery. Traditional Chinese medicine externaltherapy has the advantages of being practical,convenient,effective and economical,and has good prospects inpromoting the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function. Nowadays, the commonly-used traditionalChinese medicine external therapy covers acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint appliction,acupoint massage,and Chinese medicine enema,which is effective and safe through advancing the time for postoperative in-take ofsemi-liquid diet, being beneficial to the postoperative recovery, shortening the hospitalization time, and reducing the medical fee.
