摘 要:对湖羊和小尾寒做同期发情处理,研究其同期性和胚胎移植效果。选择湖羊和小尾寒羊各60只,采用"CIDR+PG+PMSG"和"CIDR+PG"2种同期发情方案,观察其发情效果、黄体质量,并对同期发情效果好的受体羊进行鲜胚移植。同期发情处理后湖羊组和小尾寒羊组的发情率分别为88.33%(52/60)和85%(50/60),两者差异不显著(P>0.05),同期发情方案I和方案II的发情率分别是90%(54/60)和80%(48/60),两者差异显著(P<0.05)。选择发情最集中在25~48h,黄体合格的受体羊进行胚胎移植,湖羊组和小尾寒羊组受胎率分别为67.57%(25/37)和65.63%(21/32),两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]甘肃陇东地区舍饲湖羊和小尾寒羊均可作为引进肉羊的胚胎移植受体羊,为陇东肉羊胚胎移植提供科学依据。Under barn feeding conditions, the estrus treatment of Hu sheep and Small Tail Han sheep was carried out to study the contemporaneity and embryo transfer effect. Sixty Hu sheep and Small Tail Han sheep were selected repectively, and two kinds of simultaneous estrus schemes including "CIDR+PG+PMSG" and "CIDR+PG" were used to observe the estrus effect and the quality of their corpus luteum. The recipient sheep with good estrus effect body is transplanted with fresh embryos. After the estrus treatment, the estrus rates of Hu sheep group and Small Tail Han sheep group were 88.33% (52/60) and 85 % (50/60), respectively, and the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). The estrus rates of I and II were 90% (54/60) and 80% (48/60), respectively, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The recipients with the highest concentration of estrus in 25~48h and corpus luteum were transplanted. The fertility rate of Hu sheep group and Small Tail Han sheep group were 67.57% (25/37) and 65.63% (21/32), respectively, but the difference is not significant (P〉0.05). Both Hu sheep and Small Tail Han sheep under barn feeding conditions in the Longdong area of Gansu Province can be used as embryo recipients for the introduction of mutton sheep, providing a scientific basis for the embryo transfer of Longdong mutton sheep.
