摘  要:本实验旨在探讨微生态制剂对育肥猪生长性能和免疫指标的影响。选取体重40kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交育肥猪120头,随机分为2组,两组正常饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饮水中添加微生态制剂(益生素饮水剂),对照组正常饮水,试验期为60d,预试期为7d。结果显示,试验组育肥猪生长性能显著提高,在血清生化指标方面,试验组育肥猪血清中的总蛋白显著提高,尿素氮和总胆固醇的含量都显著下降(P<0.05),试验组与对照组平均每日粪便排放量和粪便总排放量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但有降低单位增重粪便排放量的趋势。该试验发现益生素饮水剂能够提高育肥猪生长性能,增强免疫功能、降低单位增重粪便排放量和圈舍臭味,提高圈舍环境。The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the effects of microecologic agents on growth performance and immune indexes of fattening pigs. 120 Du × Chang × Da ternary hybridization pigs weighing about 40 kg were randomly divided into 2 groups. The two groups were fed with basic diets. The experimental group was added microecological preparations (probiotics) to drinking water,and the control group was given normal drinking water,the test period is 60 days, the pre-test period for 7 days. The results showed that the performance of finishing pigs in experimental group increased significantly. In terms of serum biochemical indexes,the experimental group total protein in serum of pigs was significantly increased, the content of urea nitrogen and total cholesterol were decreased significantly (P 〈0.05), there was no significant effect between experimental group and control group in average daily fecal emissions and waste the total emissions (P 〉 0.05), but lower unit weight manure emissions trends. The test discovered that probiotics drinking agent can improve the growth performance of fattening pigs,enhance immune function, reduce the unit weight of waste emissions and improve housing odor, thereby improve feeding environment.
