略阳乌鸡生长发育规律及鸡白痢净化技术研究

摘　　要：为了研究略阳乌鸡的体重和胫骨生长发育规律及选育提纯对鸡白痢净化的影响,在进行略阳乌鸡选育提纯的过程中,采用鸡白痢全血平板凝集检测技术测定场内乌鸡的鸡白痢阳性率,据此淘汰后继续进行选育提纯,通过测定略阳乌鸡的体重和胫长等,以期详细了解其生长发育规律。结果表明,略阳乌鸡公鸡的体重绝对生长量在10~12周龄时为409.84,达到体重生长峰值;略阳乌鸡母鸡的体重绝对生长量在4~6周龄时为191.49,达到体重生长峰值;略阳乌鸡公鸡的胫长绝对生长量在10~12周龄时为1.98,达到胫骨生长峰值;略阳乌鸡母鸡的胫长绝对生长量在0~2周龄时为1.89,达到胫骨生长峰值。通过选育提纯,鸡白痢阳性率由32.2%降至0.78%。This study investigated the regular of growth and development of the body weight and tibia of Lueyang black- bone chicken, as well as explored the effects of selection and purifying on the purification of pullorum disease. In the process of selection and purifying Lueyang chicken, the positive rate of pullorum disease on this chicken farms was determined by protocol of whole blood plate agglutination test, and then discared the positive individuals and continued to select and purify, also the growth and development of the chicken were studied in detail by measuring their weight and tibia length. The results showed that the peak height velocity of body weight of Lueyang cock were 409.84 in 10-12 weeks, the peak height velocity of body weight of Lueyang hens were 191.49 in 4-6 weeks, the peak height velocity of tibia length of Lueyang cock were 1.89 in 10- 12 weeks,and the peak height velocity of tibia length of Lueyang hens were 1.98 in 0-2 weeks. Meanwhile, the positive rate of pullorum disease decreased from 32.2% to 0. 78%.
