摘　　要：“尖盔征”是心电图上“圆顶-长钉”样改变，其产生可能与胸腹腔内压力改变有关，一旦出现往往提示患者病情危最甚至有心搏骤停风险。现将本科近期收治的1例脑出血合并尖盔征的患者病情变化总结如下。＂Spiked helmet＂ sign is ＂dome-and-spike＂ like finding in electrocardiogram, the cause of that is possibly related to changes of intra-thnracic and intra-abdominal pressure. As soon as this sign appears, suggesting that the patient＇s disease situation be dangerous and severe, even the risk of cardiac arrest may suddenly occur. Recently, a patient with intra-cerebral hemon＇hage and manifestation of this ＂spiked helmet＂ sign has been admitted into this department, the changes of the patient＇s disease situation are summarized as follows.
