摘  要:综述了电沉积、化学沉积、浸渗法等几种复合膜制备工艺以及特点。介绍了Si C复合膜、稀土铈复合膜、PTFE复合膜的制备机理,归纳了第二相添加浓度、温度、电流密度及添加剂等不同工艺参数与膜层微观形貌、硬度、耐磨耐蚀性的相关性,并对比了不同复合阳极氧化的优化工艺参数范围。同时还介绍了其他添加材料的复合氧化膜的研究现状。Several preparation process of composite films such as electrodeposition, chemical deposition and infiltration,and characteristic were reviewed. The preparation mechanism of Si C composite membrane, rare earth cerium composite film and PTFE composite membrane was introduced. The correlations of different process parameters such as concentration of the second phase, temperature, current density and additives with the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings were summarized. The optimum process parameters range of different anodic oxidation processes were compared. The research status of the composite oxidation film by adding other material was introduced.
