现代社会工作:中国社会工作理论与实践的构建方向

摘　　要：在中国,社会工作虽然一直被称为一门学科、一种职业,却面临着双重不承认的尴尬:即尚未被认可为一门学科,也尚未被公众普遍认可的职业。除此之外,社会工作的科学化、专业化和职业化之间还存在相互冲突和矛盾。在这一背景下,本文尝试提出现代社会工作概念,从全新的角度阐释社会工作学科和职业的属性、功能定位,从三大质量特征和反思性专业性的角度阐释现代社会工作对专业性和质量的理解。现代社会工作思想为中国未来构建社会工作学科和职业,尤其是为建设社会工作基础理论和提高社会工作实践质量提供了一个宝贵的思考框架。In China, social work as a discipline can not be called a science, as a profession has not become a profession generally recognized by the public. There are conflicts and contradictions between social work scientification, disciplinization and professionalization. In this context, the author put forward the concept of ?modern social work", trying to explain the attributes and functional orientation of the social work discipline and profession from a new angle, and explain the ?three quality characteristics"and ? reflective professionality"from the perspective of modern social work. The concept of"modern social work"provides a valuable framework for China's future construction of social work discipline and profession, especially for the development of basic theory and improvement of practice quality of social work.
