摘　　要：在商业领域拓展"非传统社会工作",已经成为国际社会工作发展的最新趋势之一。作为国内最早引介"非传统社会工作"的论文,本文以社工推动女性创业为例,阐释社会工作在非传统领域的作用和价值。本文认为,社会工作可以在六个方面促进女性创业,分别是:在公平正义理念下引领女性投身社会创业、在需求视角下帮助女性发现商业机会、在优势视角下挖掘女性创业的优势、在赋权视角下提升女性创业的能力、在资源整合视角下帮助女性链接创业资源、通过社会倡导为女性创业带来公平环境。最后,本文指出,进入非传统领域,将为社会工作带来广阔的发展空间;但是要适应非传统环境带来的挑战,社会工作必须在教学、实习和研究方面进行必要改革。The expansion of "non-traditional social work" in the business field has become one of the latest trends in the development of international social work. As the first paper introducing "non-traditional social work" in China, this paper takes social workers' promotion of female entrepreneurship as an example to explain the role and value of social work in non-traditional fields. This paper argues that social work can promote female entrepreneurship in six aspects, respectively, the concept of equity and justice lead women in social entrepreneurship, under the perspective of demand to help women find business opportunities, in perspective of mining female entrepreneurship advantages, improve the ability in female entrepreneurship under empowerment perspective, in the perspective of resources integration helps women links to entrepreneurship resources, through the social advocacy for women entrepreneurship fair environment. Finally, this paper points out that entering the non-traditional field will bring broad development space for social work, but to adapt to the challenges brought by the nontraditional environment, social work must carry out necessary reforms in teaching, internship and research.
