论残疾人网络化生存的价值及其实现条件

摘　　要：网络信息技术的发展和成熟推动了网络化生存的产生。网络化生存对残疾人具有重要意义,包括网络就业创业成为残疾人谋生的重要途径,网络虚拟社交空间促进了残疾人与健全人的心理融合,网络在线个性化学习资源促进了残疾人自主发展等。但要警惕网络化生存可能给残疾人带来的陷阱,如主动逃避现实生活、隐性反社会倾向、慢性网络过劳死等现象。应通过保障残疾人基本上网条件、为残疾人开发个性化网络资源、加强网络公约和伦理约束等优化残疾人的网络化生存。The development and maturity of network information technology promote the emergence of network survival. Network survival is of great significance to the disabled as the network employment and entrepreneurship becomes the main way for the disabled to make a living, and the virtual social space on the network promotes the psychological integration of the disabled and the healthy. Online personalized learning resources can promote the autonomous development of persons With disabilities and so on. However, we should be alert to the trap that network survival may bring to the disabled, such as active escape from real life, recessive anti-social tendency, chronic network overwork and so on. The network survival of disabled persons should be optimized by ensuring basic Internet access for the disabled, developing personalized network resources for the disabled, strengthening network conventions and ethical constraints.
