摘 要:搭建了并联变频水泵试验平台,介绍了试验条件及数据处理方法,对2台相同水泵在不同工频运行工况点和不同并联变频运行模式下变频水泵装置的功率、效率随频率的变化规律进行了试验研究。结果表明:当工频运行工况点位于高效区不同位置时,相同变频运行模式下水泵功率和效率变化规律不同;2台相同水泵并联变频运行,同步变频运行模式优于异步变频。Sets up an experimental platform for parallel connected variable frequency pumps, and presents the experiment conditions and method of data processing. Analyses the variation characteristics of power and efficiency of two pumps with frequency at different operation points of voltage and different parallel connected variable frequency operation modes. The results indicate that the variation characteristics of total power and total efficiency of the pumps are quite different when the operation points are in the high efficiency zone. For the parallel connected variable frequency operation of two same pumps, the results of synchronous frequency conversion operation are better than those of the asynchronous frequency conversion.
