摘  要:轨道冲突会影响卫星数据接收的完整性,对后续业务的运行产生不利影响。针对卫星数据接收地面站和卫星运行监控部门缺少通信,从而导致地面站不能实时知道其接收范围内的卫星运行情况,进而无法判断是否将有轨道冲突发生,提出了一种基于业务等效性轨道冲突的预测算法。首先通过卫星轨道参数和地面站位置参数计算卫星的在站时间;然后通过分析2颗卫星在站时间之间的关系,给出了2种轨道冲突类型以及相应的判断条件,并预测指定天数内将要发生的轨道冲突;最后通过业务等效性保障预测结果的准确性。利用STK仿真系统并结合所提算法,对轨道冲突进行了预测并应用于实际业务,运行结果表明,所提方法能准确地预测轨道冲突。Orbital conflicts will affect the receiving integrity of satellite data, which prejudices the subsequent business. Since satellite data receiving ground stations and the satellite running monitoring department lack of communications, which makes the ground stations can't know satellites' running condition in its receiving range in time, resulting in they can't know if orbital conflicts happen, hence in this paper, a prediction method of orbital conflict is proposed. The method calculates the time when satellites pass ground station's receiving range considering satellites‘ orbit parameters and ground station' positions at first, then by analyzing the time relation between two satellites when they are in ground stations' receiving range, the paper gives two types of orbital conflict and corresponding judgment condition, predicts orbital conflicts within future specified number of days using the judgment condition at last. Operation running results show that our proposed method is effective.
