摘　　要：以基层党组织领导、行政村与自然村(片区)两级联动自治为基本内容的"复合自治"新理念新实践,是对当前村民自治所面临的组织效力发挥不足、功能效度运行不畅双重困境的有效解构。以安徽省全椒县大季村等地区为代表的这种复合自治形式,在村民自治有效实现形式的创新、推动乡村民主建设方面作了有益探索,但仍需要在实践中不断深化。Compound self governance is a new concept and a new practice, of which primary party organization＇s guidance and incorporated and unincorporated villages＇ coordination are the basic contents. It can effectively solve the double dilemma, insufficient organizational effectiveness and poor functional validity, that village self governance is confronted with. In some places represented by Quanjiao County, Anhui Province such form of self governance is being tried to look for an innovative way to effectively realize village governance and to promote rural democratic construction. But, further practices are needed.
