摘 要:人力资源是商业银行的重要资源,人才是商业银行竞争发展的重要保障。当前,商业银行十分重视人力资源工作,但在基层商业银行,人力资源还存在和面临一定实际问题,制约和束缚基层商业银行的发展。如何有效破解这些问题,本文针对基层商业银行人力资源问题现状进行了分析,提出解决问题的意见和建议。Human resources are important for commercial banks, and talents are significant guarantees for the competitive development of commercial banks. At present, commercial banks attach great importance to human resources work, but in grass-roots commercial banks, human resources still face certain problems. The development of grass-roots commercial banks is restricted and restrained by those problems. How to effectively solve these problems? This article analyzes the main reasons of human resources problems in grass-roots commercial banks, and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the situation for these commercial banks.
