摘 要:爆破掘进是我国隧道施工中普遍采用的技术,在隧道建设中发挥着不可替代的作用,当隧道穿越煤系地层过煤段时,由于地质条件复杂,瓦斯涌出量大,采用不合理的爆破技术易产生安全事故或延误工期,如何安全快速有效地实现爆破掘进,是隧道安全施工和缓解施工工期压力的前提。基于水菁沟高瓦斯大断面隧道过煤段进行爆破试验,通过采用五段式毫秒电雷管二次起爆技术,提高了爆破的安全性和可靠性,实现了零瓦斯燃烧和零瓦斯爆炸等事故,并达到预期爆破效果。为科学有效地制定安全技术措施提供依据,对相似条件下高瓦斯大断面隧道爆破技术具有借鉴意义。Blasting tunneling is a common technology in tunnel construction in China,in the tunnel construction plays an irreplaceable role,when the tunnel passes through coal section strata, because of the complex geological conditions, gas enfission is large, the use of unreasonable blasting technology prone to accidents or delays in the construction period, how to achieve the safe and effective blasting excavation is the premise of the safe construction of the tunnel,but also the premise to ease the construction period pressure. Based on the blasting test in coal section of Shuijinggou tunnel with high gas and large section,the safety and reliability of the blasting were improved by using two time initiation technology of five stage millisecond electric explosive, zero gas combustion and zero gas explosion were realized, and the expected blasting effect was achieved, provide the basis for the scientific and effective technical measures to develop security technology, and has great significance for the blasting technology of high gas and large section tunnel with similar conditions.
