摘 要:为探讨电场作用下换热表面上CaCO3污垢的结垢特性,以人工配制的CaCO3溶液为研究对象,通过改变作用于实验段的电场大小,研究电场作用下CaCO3污垢在不锈钢换热表面的结垢规律。结果表明,有无电场作用下污垢热阻曲线均没有明显的诱导期出现,随着电场强度的增大,CaCO3污垢的结垢速率先减小后增大,污垢热阻渐近值也表现出先减小后增大的趋势。当电场电压为3000V时抑垢效果最佳,与不加电场时相比,污垢热阻渐近值下降58.3%。垢样的SEM图片表明,在无电场作用时,碳酸钙污垢形貌为不规则细长针状、团簇状、棱角比较清晰的文石结构。电场作用时,碳酸钙污垢以块状、粒状和斜方六面体形状存在,呈现典型的方解石结构。In order to study the effect of electric field on CaCO3 fouling characteristics on the heat transfer surface with high temperature. The artificial CaCO3 solution was chosen as the research object. The characteristics of CaCO3 fouling on the surface of stainless steel were experimentally studied by changing electric field intensity. The results show that, the fouling curve for with/without the electric field have no apparent induction period. With the increasing of electric field intensity, the fouling rate and the asymptotic value of fouling resistance of CaCO3 decrease firstly and then increases, the optimum anti-fouling voltage is 3000V. The fouling resistance decrease 58.3% compared with that of without electric field. SEM pictures show that, without electric field, the morphology of calcium carbonate fouling show aragonite structure which irregular slender needle, cluster, aragonite structure with edges relatively clear. Under the action of electric field, calcium carbonate fouling exists in massive, granular and hexahedral shape, which show the typical structure of calcite.
