摘 要:无刷双馈发电机由于取消了电刷和滑环,可靠性更高,在变速恒频发电领域具有广泛的应用前景。但无刷双馈发电机内部结构复杂,给共模回路分析和共模电流抑制带来了困难。该文依据无刷双馈发电系统结构,分析共模电压传输回路,提出共模等效电路模型和等效共模阻抗参数的提取方法。分析各个共模电压传输回路的特性,指出共模回路3(网侧变换器—电机功率绕组—电机控制绕组—机侧变换器—网侧变换器)是影响无刷双馈发电系统共模电流特性的重要原因。重点分析该回路两个脉宽调制变换器的载波差异与共模电流特性的关系。为减小该回路的共模电压,必须保证两者的载波同步,并给出载波同步的控制方法。基于无刷双馈发电系统实验平台设计实验。实验结果验证了所提模型和理论分析的正确性及共模电流抑制方法的有效性。Due to the cancellation of the brush and slip ring, the brushless doubly-fed generator (BDFG) is more reliable than the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) and it has widely prospect in the field of variable speed constant frequency power generation. However, the internal structure of BDFG is complex, which brings difficulties to the analysis of common-mode circuit and the suppression of common-mode current. Based on the structure of BDFG system, the common- mode voltage transmission circuit is analyzed. The common- mode equivalent circuit model and the extraction method of equivalent common-mode impedance parameters were presented. The characteristics of each common-mode voltage transmission circuit were analyzed. The common-mode path Three (line-side converter-motor power winding-motor control winding-machine-side converter-line-side converter) was an important factor that affects the common-mode current characteristics of BDFG system. The relationship between carrier difference and common-mode current characteristics of two PWM converters in this path was analyzed emphatically. In order to reduce the common-mode voltage of the circuit, it is necessary to ensure the carrier synchronization between them. And the control method of carrier synchronization is provided. The experiment is designed based on the experiment platform of BDFG system. The correctness of the proposed well as the effectiveness suppression method. experimental results verify the model and theoretical analysis, as of the common-mode current
