摘　　要：在建筑外墙采用保温板薄抹灰外保温系统及外窗采用附框断桥铝合金窗的情况下,通过采用聚氨酯发泡剂、防水砂浆、JS防水涂料、硅酮密封胶及玻化微珠保温砂浆组合的收口做法,结合原建筑结构、外窗、外墙外保温系统,组合成为一种特殊的防水-保温结构体系。结合某工程实例验证,成功解决了外窗四周、特别是窗台部位渗水、冷桥这一较难解决的质量问题。In the case of thin plastering of insulation board and aluminum alloy window with frameattached broken bridge for exterior wall of building, the combination of polyurethane foaming agent, waterproof mortar, JS waterproof coating, silicone sealant and vitrified micro-bead insulation mortar are adopted, and the original building structure, exterior window and exterior wall insulation system are combined. It is a special waterproof insulation structure system. Combined with an engineering example, the problem of water seepage around the window, especially the window sill and the cold bridge has been successfully solved.
