摘 要:设计了一种新型生物分子传感材料水溶性四苯乙烯-吡啶盐(Tpp^4+)分子。为了模拟生物环境,将溶液酸碱度调至pH 7. 4,用荧光光谱法研究了L-苯丙氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-组氨酸与Tpp^4+分子的相互作用。研究结果发现,L-色氨酸对Tpp^4+分子荧光有猝灭效应;根据不同温度下的Stern-Volmer曲线拟合得到,在T=298 K时,猝灭常数为355. 2L/mol,而在T=308 K时,猝灭常数为825. 4 L/mol;随着温度的升高,猝灭常数增大,由此判断猝灭机制为动态猝灭。A new biological molecular sensing materials was reported.In order to simulate the biological environment,the pH of the solution was adjusted to pH 7. 4,and the interaction between L-phenylalanine,L-tryptophan,L-isoleucine,L-histidine and Tpp^4+ molecule was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that L-Trp has a quenching effect on the molecular fluorescence of Tpp^4+.Based on the Stern-Volmer curve fitting at different temperatures,the quenching constants were 355. 2 L/mol( T= 298 K) and 825. 4 L/mol( T= 308 K),respectively.The quenching constants increased with the increase of temperature,and the quenching mechanism was dynamic quenching.
