摘　　要：本文通过对养老机构服务质量评估的必要性、国外常用的养老机构服务质量评估工具的相关研究进行综述,为我国建立标准的养老机构服务质量评估工具提供参考。This paper summarizes the necessity of the service quality assessment of the long-term care facilities and the related researches on international service quality assessment tools of the long-term care facilities, and provides reference for the establishment of standard service quality assessment tools for the long-term care facilities in China.
