摘　　要：陈以平教授根据肾脏病发生、发展和演变过程中三焦及其所属脏腑出现的水火失调、气化失畅、气机郁滞的基本病理,以及由此而导致的外感、内生湿热毒邪弥漫三焦所引起的临床证候,结合自己多年的临床用药经验,创造性地将三焦辨证运用于肾脏病的辨证论治,并对经方进行曼妙加减,形成了自己独特的辨证体系和经验方药。其治法包括调理水火、疏调气机、助推气化、补虚泻实、辛苦通降、分消走泄等,临证若能领会精髓,遣方用药,则效如桴鼓。Professor Chen Ji-ping is creative in treating nephropathy based on triple energizer syndrome differentiation according to the basic pathology including water-fire disorder,gasification failure and stagnation of qi activity in triple Energizer and related viscera which appears in the occurrence,development and evolution of nephropathy,and results in the clinical symptoms caused by exogenous and endogenous dampness-heat and toxic pathogens,as well as and his years of clinical medication experience. He has modified classical prescriptions and formed his own unique syndrome differentiation system. His therapeutic methods include regulating water and fire,regulating qi activity,promoting gasification,tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,using pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation,elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis. If we can grasp the essence in clinical practice,and choose proper prescriptions and drugs,we will receive a remarkable efficacy.
