中医药治疗轻度认知功能障碍研究述评

摘　　要：轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)被认为是正常衰老与痴呆之间的过渡阶段,此时患者的日常生活能力及社会职业能力未受到影响。MCI病位在脑,与心、脾、肾关系密切。西医治疗MCI疗效明显,却可能出现不良反应,如头痛、睡眠质量下降等,中医则有其独特的优势,运用四诊合参、辨证施治的原则进行治疗,其安全性可靠,且治疗方式繁多,包括中药汤剂、中成药,还有针刺、艾灸、穴位按摩、功法锻炼等,甚至可结合高压氧舱、VR虚拟系统、认知训练等方法,疗效确切,能够从一定程度上延缓MCI病情的发展。Mild cognitive impairment（MCI） is considered to be a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia,at which the ability of daily living and social and occupational abilities of patients are not affected. MCI is located in the brain and closely related to the heart,spleen and kidney. Western medicine treatment of MCI is effective,but there may be adverse reactions,such as headache,sleep quality and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,and MCI can be treated by combining the four diagnostic methods and the dialectical treatment. It is safe and reliable,and has a wide range of treatment,including Chinese herbal decoction,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint massage,Gongfu exercise,and even can be combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber,VR virtual system,cognitive training and other methods. The effect can be seen. To a certain extent,it can delay the development of MCI.
