健脾消积解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变30例

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾消积解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组口服叶酸片,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予健脾消积解毒方。比较两组患者的临床疗效、胃镜疗效及治疗前后PRO积分的变化。结果:(1)临床疗效:治疗组有效率为90. 0%,对照组有效率为66. 6%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。(2)胃镜疗效:治疗组有效率为86. 6%,显著高于对照组63. 3%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。(3)两组患者治疗后PRO积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:消积解毒方治疗CAG癌前病变可以显著改善患者临床症状、胃镜及病理表现,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Spleen-Fortifying and Retention-Removing and Toxicity-Eliminating Decoction on precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Folic Acid Tablets for oral administration,and the ones in the treatment group were additionally given Spleen-Fortifying and Retention-Removing and Toxicity-Eliminating Decoction on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacies,gastroscopic efficacies and PRO scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：（1）Clinical efficacy： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 0% and that of the control group was 66. 6%. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.（2）Efficacy of gastroscopy： The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（63. 3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.（3）After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Spleen-Fortifying and Retention-Removing and Toxicity-Eliminating Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on precancerous lesion of CAG,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological manifestations,and the quality of life of patients.
