补肾疏肝养血方对不孕症患者卵巢储备功能和子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾疏肝养血方对不孕症患者卵巢储备功能和子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:将82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予补肾疏肝养血方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后抗苗勒管激素(Anti Mullerian hormone,AMH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、FSH/LH、白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)、妊娠相关蛋白(gly-codelin)及αvβ3水平。结果:对照组有效率为78. 05%,观察组有效率为95. 12%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后AMH水平高于治疗前,FSH/LH和FSH水平均低于治疗前,观察组AMH水平高于对照组,FSH和FSH/LH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后LIF、αvβ3、gly-codelin水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:补肾疏肝养血方治疗能够有效改善不孕症患者的临床症状,提高患者的卵巢储备功能和子宫内膜容受性。Objective： To observe the influence of Bushen Shugan Yangxue Prescription（SGYXP） on ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity of patients with infertility. Methods： Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Clomiphene Citrate Capsules,while the ones in the observation group were treated with SGYXP. Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.The changes of Anti Mullerian hormone（AMH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,FSH/LH,leukemia inhibitory factor（LIF）,gly-codelin and αvβ3 levels of the two groups before and after the treatment were detected. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 78. 05%,and that of the observation group was 95. 12%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,their levels of AMH were higher than those before the treatment,FSH/LH and FSH levels were all lower than those before the treatment. The levels of AMH in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of FSH and FSH/LH were lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. And all the differences between them had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the levels of LIF,alpha v beta 3 and gly-codelin in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. All the differences between them had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SGYXP can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of infertility patients,increase ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity.
