中药热奄包联合针刺治疗小儿腹型紫癜疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热奄包联合针刺治疗小儿腹型紫癜的临床效果。方法:选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科2017年1—6月收治的腹型紫癜患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药热奄包联合针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率100%,对照组有效率93%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后患儿腹痛、呕血、便血缓解情况、紫癜消退时间及住院时间明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中药热奄包联合针刺治疗小儿腹型紫癜疗效显著,可以降低腹型紫癜患儿腹痛,改善便血情况,缩短紫癜消退时间、住院时间。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM hot bag combined with acupuncture therapy on abdominal purpura in children. Methods： Sixty children with abdominal purpura admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were given TCM hot bag combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment. Results： The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 93% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The remission of abdominal pain,hematemesis and hematochezia,the disappearance time of purpura and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. And all the differences between them had significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM hot bag combined with acupuncture therapy has a remarkable clinical effect on abdominal purpura in children,can reduce abdominal pain in children with abdominal purpura,improve stool blood,shorten the time of purpura disappearance and hospitalization.
