摘 要:目的:采用蒸馏法提取挥发油,超声波法制备包合物来确定挥发油的提取及其包合物制备的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,分别以挥发油的提取量以及包合物的包结率为指标,考察最佳的提取及包合物制备工艺,经薄层层析法鉴定包合物的形成。结果:干姜挥发油的最佳提取工艺为浸泡1. 5 h,加20倍量水,水蒸气蒸馏8 h;包合物制备最佳工艺为挥发油加8倍量环糊精在40℃条件下超声包合3 h。结论:采用饱和水溶液超声法制备包合物,效率高,包合物较稳定,操作简单,快速;采用薄层色谱法进行验证,结果直观,操作方便。Objective: The volatile oil was extracted by distillation and the inclusion compound was prepared by ultrasonic method to determine the optimum extraction process and inclusion compound preparation technology. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to investigate the optimum extraction and preparation technology of inclusion compound with the extraction amount of volatile oil and inclusion rate as indexes. The formation of inclusion compound was identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC). Results: The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from dried ginger was soaking dried ginger for 1. 5 hours,adding 20 times of water and steam distillation for 8 hours. The optimum preparation process of inclusion complex was volatile oil with 8 times of cyclodextrin for 3 hours' ultrasonic inclusion at 40 ℃. Conclusion: The inclusion compound can be prepared by saturated aqueous solution ultrasonic method with high efficiency,stable inclusion compound,simple and rapid operation,and low equipment requirements. TLC method can be used to verify,and the evaluation can be carried out by chromatographic spots. The results are intuitive and easy to operate.
