正交法优选双乌镇痛胶囊醇提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:研究溶剂倍数、乙醇浓度、回流时间、回流次数等因素对乙醇回流提取的影响,优选双乌镇痛胶囊中制川乌、制草乌、青风藤、独活的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以干膏得率和青藤碱含量为评价指标,分析乙醇溶度、回流时间、回流次数、溶剂倍数4个提取因素。结果:确定双乌镇痛胶囊的最佳提取工艺为制川乌、制草乌、青风藤、独活加85%乙醇回流提取3次,第一次加5倍量溶剂回流1. 5 h;第二次加4倍量溶剂回流1. 5 h;第三次加4倍量溶剂回流1. 5 h。结论:双乌镇痛胶囊的提取工艺简单,提取效率稳定,试验结果准确。Objective： To optimize the extraction process of Zhichuanwu（Radix Aconiti）,Zhicaowu（Radix Aconiti Majus）,Qingfengteng（Radix Sinensis） and Duhuo（Radix Angelicae Solanum） in Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule,four factors were studied. Methods： With the yield of dry paste and sinomenine content as the evaluation indexes,the four extraction factors including ethanol solubility,reflux time,reflux times and solvent multiple were analyzed by orthogonal test. Results： The optimum extraction conditions of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsules were determined as follows： Zhichuanwu（Radix Aconiti）,Zhicaowu（Radix Aconiti Majus）,Qingfengteng（Radix Sinensis） and Duhuo（Radix Angelicae Solanum） with 85% ethanol were refluxed and extracted for 3 times,with5 times＇ solvent refluxing for 1. 5 hours for the first time,4 times＇ solvent refluxing 1. 5 hours for the second time,and 4 times＇ solvent refluxing for 1. 5 hours for the third time. Conclusion： The extraction technology of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule is simple,the extraction efficiency is stable,and the result is accurate.
