摘 要:圆柱形电池目前广泛应用于新能源电动汽车和储能等行业,介绍了圆柱形电池串并联组合的焊接方式,分析了圆柱形电池电阻焊接、激光焊接、超声波焊接及免焊接组合方法的优缺点;指出免焊接技术避免了焊接工艺对电池的损伤,可以实现单体电池全寿命周期应用,将是圆柱形电池组合技术的重要发展方向。The cylindrical battery was widely used in the field of new energy vehicles and stored energy. Several welding methods of cylindrical batteries were introduced,including resistance welding,laser welding,ultrasonic welding and welding-free,the advantages and disadvantages of which were analyzed. It was pointed out that the welding-free technology would be an important developing direction of the cylindrical battery combination because of its non-damage welding and the full life cycle application to the cell.
