摘　　要：施工测量及管理在工程建设施工过程中是一项细致的、基础性的工作,在工程建设中起着重要的作用。作为体育场馆等大型公共建筑,平面定位测量是施工测量中的一个重点环节。以嘉峪关市体育场工程为例,对体育场工程平面定位测量技术及管理进行了探索,明确了平面定位测量的内容和选用的仪器,在划分轴线类型和确定主控圆心的基础上,进行了内环向、中间环向、外环向和径向的轴线定位,总结了测量准备阶段、测量仪器管理、施工阶段测量管理的工作内容,对大型公共建筑施工测量的有效实施具有一定的借鉴意义。Building survey and construction management are meticulous and basic work in the construction process, which play an important role in the construction of a project. As a large-scale public building such as stadiums and gymnasiums, plane positioning survey is a key node in construction survey. Taking Jiayuguan stadium project as an example, this paper explores the technological and management aspects of plane positioning for stadium project, identify the basic contents and applicable tools for plane positioning. Based on the division of axis types and identification of and main control circle center, this study positions the inner, middle, outer and radial axis, summarizing the work contents of survey management in the preparation stage, instrument management, and construction stages. The findings of this study can be used for reference for the effective implementation of construction survey in large public buildings.
